Broke the cup holder in my car Before giving the service, cup holder was working fine in my car. I was able to open and close without any issues. After the service it broked, Now it Before giving the service, cup holder was working fine in my car. I was able to open and close without any issues. After the service it broked, Now it is not closing. When i went to pick up my car, cup holder was close and stuck. I asked service representative, he was saying that mechanic closed that and not opening after that. It is their mistake. But did not fix that and did not give a proper answer. Service representative opened that, but now cup holder is always open. Now not able to close. I bought the car in this location and gave service all these years in this location. Now i may not go here. More

Good experience and reasonably quick service Bought a 2015 Sienna Limited certified. Scheduled a test drive with Nicholas Borrego. He was ready with the car on time. Car was clean. Decided to buy Bought a 2015 Sienna Limited certified. Scheduled a test drive with Nicholas Borrego. He was ready with the car on time. Car was clean. Decided to buy it after the test drive. After a little negotiating I got a fair price and offered cash. The paperwork took a little longer than I expected so I am deducting one star. Not Nicholas fault. They ran a hard credit check even when I offered cash. Was not too pleased about this, but I guess it's standard protocol to safeguard the dealers interests. Nicholas Borrego is a good employee. Keep him happy. More
