Also, cars.com and cargurus list all your cars at the highest MSRP possible. the funny thing about that is that I was able to get a better deal at the table with you guys. More

Great overall but one thing. I just got to say best experience when purchasing my rav4 with terry but the only problem i got was the 900 i pay for paint protection. The wax was still in the paint and not buff off and when this drys out its a pain to get it off. I was also very disappointed that i pay that much money just to mess the paint up. Its a black rav4 and black paint can get scratched fast and i can tell they use bad quality towels when doing the detail cause its already full of scratches and swirls. Just imagine getting a new car paying money to protect it and they give you a bad job i reget paying that much money i should of wax it my self. More

This last visit was with Service Advisor, I have been a customer of Fremont Toyota for five years and I've had consistently very good service there. This last visit was with Service Advisor, Steven Sako, and he was so helpful and answered all my questions with caring and respect. All of the Staff are friendly too and the lounge is very comfortable with complimentary coffee drinks, various teas, and hot chocolate. Comfortable chairs, TV, and when your car has been completed, your Service Advisor walks over to find you to finish the paperwork. Yes, certainly would recommend this business. More

Excellent service by Mark Muth Mark is by far the best service manager we dealt with at this location. He always keeps us updated on the progress of our maintenance. In addition, when we have questions or concerns; Mark simply takes care of it. As was the case yesterday, 02/26/19. We called Mark as we noticed an issue with our coolant reserve tank. He called us back immediately simply put us the queue and took care of ASAP. We salute this guy as he listens and takes care of us! More
