7 AM oil change Mark was very nice and friendly first thing in the morning. New to California and will do all my service here now. We had a few concerns and both were will Recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Corolla. Our sales reps Carlo and Tracy were super nice and patient with us. We had a few concerns and both were willing to take the time to check out the concerns and fix them right away. Tracey went over the finances carefully with us and really did her best with helping us out. One thing I wish was better, was the fact that we were super hungry as we had visited the dealership around lunchtime. We had not eaten and we needed a little break. But I get it, it's business and we could've chosen to visit dealership after lunch. I gave the dealership 4 stars mainly because of another salesman who was brought on to our case over a marking we noticed on the car. We wanted to make sure the marking would not cause any significant issues. We had taken a picture and showed it to him. Everyone else except him saw the marking in person and in the picture and understood what we were talking about. But this salesperson just kept saying he didn't see it and tried to brush it off quickly. He became pretty aggressive, raising his voice and really showing his frustration. At that moment, I could've walked away from the car. Thankfully, 2 mechanics saw the marking and said it was nothing to worry about and would be an easy and cheap fix. More
