Quick service I went in without an appointment, expecting to have a 2 or more hour wait. I asked the ASM abput how long it would take because I had to be at work by I went in without an appointment, expecting to have a 2 or more hour wait. I asked the ASM abput how long it would take because I had to be at work by 2 pm and I would just make an appointment if it would take a long time. She spoke to one of the techs and they said they could have my car ready in one and a half hours, so I went ahead with the service. I decided to go to Costco to kill some time. I got back around the time that they said it would be ready. I grabbed some coffee thinking it would be at least another 10 to 15 minutes, but I got a call to let me know my car was ready as soon as I sat down! Thank you for accommodating me without an appointment! More

One bad thing is after all paper work done when he fill our car with gas and while we will coming back to dealership he lost his gas card, he was trying to find his card in the car but he couldn’t find it. So we came home but he called me to tell me to not use his card if we found it. I was offended by our conversation. He was a rude man. More
