The worst experience I have ever had in a dealer. I came and told the sales representative how much I wanted to pay then spent over 6 hours with his "supervisor" trying to put me in different vehicles I cou and told the sales representative how much I wanted to pay then spent over 6 hours with his "supervisor" trying to put me in different vehicles I couldnt afford. I saw a different gentleman today and he was just as nice. I would give a 5 star rating but, it took 3 hours for service. Also, I got a phone call about 10 minuted after dropping off my car from a salesman who was trying to sell me a new car. My car is 5 years old with low miles, why do I need a new car? I politely declined. I didn't appreciate the call at all. He did not tell me who or why he was calling at first. Made me think there was something wrong with my car. Then an hour or so after I got home, I got a text asking if I could afford $91.00 more for a new 2020 Toyota Camry. I let them know I had already decline their sales pitch and didn't appreciate the text. LISTEN TOYOTA, if I wanted a new car while I was there I would have approached someone. The call and text was not appreciated! More

Vehicle was listed on the website, I sent a email and received one back the next morning, mr Davar was nice and very professional. I would’ve liked finance to work with me on the price however we got wha received one back the next morning, mr Davar was nice and very professional. Removed one star because the vehicle was not properly Detailed, floor mats where not inside the vehicle at the time of the showing. The vehicle also was on empty so when I drove the vehicle off the lot I had to fill it up myself.its. Ice to have a used car but it would be better if it was treated as a new car. I was also told this vehicle is NOT a Toyota certified used vehicle and I would like to know why not? Overall I’m happy with our purchase but those minor details makes a world of difference. Thx.
