The date and time I wanted to have the replacement done as well as the maintenance of my car was scheduled without any problem. My primary contact is Mr. Ramiro Orozco the Asst. Service Manager and he was as always client-oriented. He showed and explained to me what will be done, should be done, why it should be done and how much it would cost me. I find the price fair for the excellent service I got. I appreciate that everything was explained to me before they went ahead to have the service done. It is so nice to know that my contact person listened to my concern and what needs to be done. They also looked for available discount which helps too. More
