When I drove the vehicle home I found out a tiny ding at the passenger door, the sale person referred me to a responsible staff but after calling her and left a message I have never received any response. And the ding is tiny so I can live with that. Other than that the service is very friendly, the environment very comfortable. Will come back again. More

Appointment doesn't really matter My master warning light came on in my Tacoma so I made an appointment for 10:45am a couple days later which (was the first available). When I arrived I was in a three lane line about 3 cars back. They told me to wait in my car so I waited and waited and waited... the line finally started to move up one car and I asked what the hold up was since I had been there 30 minutes. I got a very dismissive "it's busy". I argued that my appointment time was long gone and what is the point of making one in the first place when I got another dismissive response..." holiday weekend". It was the Friday before the 4th of July during a pandemic. Again what is the purpose of an appointment?? I was about to make them back out the 4 cars behind me so I could leave when the service manager came out and from then on had great service. Steve Sako is great but up until then I wanted to scream. If Steve had not come out when he did and made the day better I would never go back. The person putting numbers on cars did a very poor job of directing traffic and communicating to those waiting. Don't take appointments if you are going to make everyone wait the same. Or come up with a better method. More
