We met him at his office and we liked him instantly. He was genuine. Just a really nice guy and pleasant to work with. He was realistic about what we could afford and what was realistic for us as a family in California. We liked him, he was kind, helpful and friendly. We got a car that was a perfect match for us. Yes, there is a lot of paperwork (I would be worried if there was not) but he worked fast and efficient. We highly recommend him to anyone buying a car in California. More

Got a flat tire and I was able to get in right away! I got a flat tire and bent my rim on Tuesday night on the freeway and I was able to get my car in the next morning at 7 AM. Kelly was very helpful and I got a flat tire and bent my rim on Tuesday night on the freeway and I was able to get my car in the next morning at 7 AM. Kelly was very helpful and welcoming, even stopped and asked if I was okay. She made me feel like they really cared about not only my car, but me as well. She gave me and estimate and called me as soon as my car was ready later that afternoon. The parts department closes at 6 and I arrived at 6:10 PM after work just to get something I forgot in my car to send off. The gentleman that was there actually let me pay for my services and let me take my car even though they were already closed! I don't remember his name but he was there afterhours and was very helpful. My experience here has been great and everyone was so nice. I have been to about 3 or 4 different Toyota dealerships, just because I drive around a lot, and by far they were the nicest one. More

Simon picked me up in his personal car, gave me a great price, went on a test drive with me, and explained all the exciting features of the new 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback. No hard sell from Simon. I have purchased cars from BMW, Acura, Honda, and Toyota before, but Simon clearly was the best and exceeded my expectations. Only oddity was I paid in cash and the dealership asked for personal and credit information anyway? More
