Good experience I worked with Scott Langton for three months to find the white RAV4 Hybrid XSE I wanted. This is not an easy vehicle to find! He was very patient and I worked with Scott Langton for three months to find the white RAV4 Hybrid XSE I wanted. This is not an easy vehicle to find! He was very patient and kept in touch with me without being pushy. He didn’t bait and switch me like ALL (yes, ALL) of the other internet salesmen in the Bay Area did to me over the three month period. When the RAV4 I wanted came in, Scott sent me an email at night. I figured it was too good to be true and I showed up around lunchtime the next day unannounced, only to find out another salesman, Kuldeep, had put a sign on the dash that it was sold even though it wasn’t! Scott tried to find the keys however another saleswoman (sorry, didn’t get her name) had taken BOTH keys HOME to Hayward and left them there. Stupid or shady, you decide. General Manager got involved and the saleswoman’s husband brought the keys back. Luckily, I had time to wait! Because I showed up unannounced and Scott was busy, he had me work with Stephen Sapp and I was able to purchase the vehicle. Stephen also took time out of his day the following day to go over all of the features I had questions on about the car. To summarize, bypass all the hungry and shady salespeople who rush you as you get out of the car, go inside and ask for Scott Langton or Stephen Sapp. They are both patient, go out of their way for you, and are an asset to the Fremont Toyota sales team. More

Worst dealer ever. Did not offer a good price, rude attitude and very pushy on you to buy a car. Basically told us to never come back if we want a cheaper price. This is the worst service center, had appointment at 11:30am and i was there at 11:15 am they promised maximum 2hrs so i decided to wait but at 2:10pm i saw their Technician pulling my car from rear par 11:30am and i was there at 11:15 am they promised maximum 2hrs so i decided to wait but at 2:10pm i saw their Technician pulling my car from rear parking for oil change. They made me wait for 4 hrs without any notification or information. Their service manager keep lying that its been in process. No apologies. Its was a paid service. My family got 7 Toyotas from this agency but never coming back again. Very deceptively and unprofessional business practices. SHAME. More
