Terrible Experience I would like to talk to the dealership Manager or the Owner of this dealership... my experience was very bad. I got quote from the internet sales manager for the RAV4 XLE FWD fo dealership Manager or the Owner of this dealership... my experience was very bad. I got quote from the internet sales manager for the RAV4 XLE FWD for $XXK out-the-door as shown below(picture) with details such as the stock number, added package, MSRP:$31572. I came in take the test drive with the direct car and run my credit. when we about to sign the paper,one guy who has higher-ranking come out and says that (the internet sales manager is new here he gave you the wrong price u have to pay $3K more for this car, the price he quote you I can't sell it to you for the same price I can offer u the basic model) I was What???How can you do this? I'm sure that the internet sales manager didn't make a mistake for the price, we know what car with what packages, what price we are talking about and it has stock number MSRP. when we were talk through Email or even in dealership I confirmed couple time with the internet sales manager. Your internet sales manager knows what he is selling and I know what car I’m looking for(the same car) But the higher- ranking person came out ask for $3K more, it was crazy.. i try to negotiate with him, but he seems that he doesn’t want to negotiate. If u ask for a little more I can understand, but not $3K more. I came because of the discount that he offer is ok for me and the internet sale manager offer me what he can offer...but the reason that the higher-rank employee told me that doesn’t make sense. how can you do business like this?
