Superb customer service Steve Sako has been my service manager since 2003 and has always provided excellent customer service. This last time, I was able to take advantage of the shuttle service and Greg was very nice to talk to both before taking me home and during the ride home. Sorry I do not know his last name. Steve promptly called when my car was done. He provided me with details about the service and what I should be reviewing from time to time. I will always request Steve for my service needs. I have to admit that the prices for some products offered by Toyota are overpriced. The air filter for my Prius costs about $100 which for a small piece of filter material is way overpriced. More

I was very surprised at the overall operation and poor customer commitment. More

My salesman was excellent. He was very friendly and did not pressure me. That being said...The service and experience was great until I got ready to sign my financing documents. There was $8075 worth of de not pressure me. That being said...The service and experience was great until I got ready to sign my financing documents. There was $8075 worth of dealer “options” added to my financed amount. $2995 for an extended warranty (on a new vehicle), $1700 for future maintenance, $1295 for lifetime tire and wheel insurance, $895 for jet clear coat, $895 for safe link anti-theft GPS, and $295 for a lifetime battery warranty. Any or all of this would have been fine if I was told upfront before adding it to the amount I was to finance. My monthly payment was $124 more than it would have been without these added “options”. Luckily I knew what my monthly payment should have been, and started asking questions when I noticed the amount was not correct. These “options” should have been discussed one by one, and then ask if I was interested in them. You just don’t add $8075 to my bill without discussing it first. And, my state is a “No cool down period state”. Which means I would have been stuck with them if I had not noticed them before signing. This ruined the experience for me. However, I would still recommend the dealership, as long as you review your financing paperwork before signing. I got a great deal and the salesman was excellent. This is why I gave 3 stars and not less. More
