Over torqued parts, loose bolts, terrible quality and unprofessional! 85% of mechanics know not to over torque an Oil Filter but not here at Fremont Toyota... they specialize in hiring Techs that don’t finish jobs before the return your vehicle to you! Don’t take any vehicle to this Service Dept. because they are untrustworthy and dishonest! More

My experience at this Toyota was poor. Everything felt rushed and I felt lied to. Toyota in Hayward Provided me with much better customer services.
