Fremont Toyota responded to my online inquiry within an hour. That was impressive because I contacted four other dealerships in the area and am still awaiting a response from two. I am also not available by phone during the day due to family and work constraints and the dealership was able to email and text in real-time to communicate meeting times and answer questions. I am very grateful that they were so flexible in their communication style. I felt like Fremont Toyota is willing to meet each customer in their particular circumstance to accommodate specific needs. I only had to explain my circumstances surrounding the trust purchase once which was a relief. I was also impressed that they honored the lowest pricing ahead of the big July 4th sales weekend without hesitation.
