Ms. Castillo gave us great service that we have come to expect from her. We especially appreciated her on this repair because she gave us a cheaper rate that was quoted by Sunnyvale Toyota. The repair was over $3,500. In addition, she gave us a rental car (which allowed Kenneth to go to work). Finally, she even added a special bonus of washing our car. Ms. Castillo is a quality person that we consider a friend who we find professional, honest, and thoughtful. More
