I would give 4.5 stars to Irvin my service advisor. He was pretty straight forward to me in regards to the brake issue on my 2017 Tacoma. Reason I gave 3 stars overall is that the service tech. who perfor was pretty straight forward to me in regards to the brake issue on my 2017 Tacoma. Reason I gave 3 stars overall is that the service tech. who performed the work on my Tacoma forgot to replace the reminder sticker. I'm very self conscious when it comes to service due date on my vehicles. For me the sticker is a tool or a quick reference to when is the next service due date. More
