I think I overpaid for my RAV4 and because of that I have buyers remorse. I think I could have gotten a better deal if I would have looked around a little. Unreal. Took my car in Friday morning. Promises back Friday afternoon. Then promised Friday evening. then told Saturday because they couldn’t get the parts u Took my car in Friday morning. Now I must wait until Monday. Called Monday mid day and sure as xxxx, the parts had not arrived. Something with the delivery truck. I did not get my vehicle until after they close Monday night. The bad reviews are legit people. Go to the dealer in Milpitas or sevens creek. You will not regret it. I don’t know who runs this place but it is a xxxx show. If you gave five starts, you must have a family member there or you were one of the very, wry lucky few. I should have known better. Not the first but will be the last. Oh, then they will contact you wanting to make it right only to be told, what do you want me to do? Can you even wrap your brain around a Company that allows this. Stay tuned for the excuses.
