Called to get an appointment, told I needed to call parts. Called parts and they said they had the part and quite a few of them so I should be good. Two days before my appointment, Micky called me and parts. Called parts and they said they had the part and quite a few of them so I should be good. Two days before my appointment, Micky called me and said there are no parts - once he double checked, he realized there were parts. Felt like he just didn't want to do the service. Then I got to my appointment, dropped off my car, picked up the rental, and drove 30 minutes away at which point Micky called me and told me it wasn't possible to do that particular servicing (a very normal quarter panel installation). The issue wasn't that they couldn't get it done, it was that I wasn't told during the initial phone call that this wasn't a service they offered - instead was strung along all the way to the point of leaving and having to come back. Huge waste of time. More
