It took longer than it should have for maintenance. I went to get all fluids, tires rotated and get the recall fixed. I dropped the car at 9:40am and did not get it back until 2pm. I had a pleasant experience buying a car here apart from a few things. Staff was friendly and I rate them 5 stars. There's only 2 things that I think needed attention: the wait time before we can get to the a few things. Staff was friendly and I rate them 5 stars. There's only 2 things that I think needed attention: the wait time before we can get to the Finance office, and also a few details that they forgot to provide me after my purchase (removable JBL center speaker from the tacoma, and the card key that came with the truck). They were able to hand it over though before I left the lot so that's good. Also, I had them check my car while we were in the process of maybe trading it in. Unfortunately, value was not to my liking so we didn't do it. I also had to bring my car to the shop since my door wouldn't unlock after they guys checked it. They must have plugged in one of those car readers, because my mechanic said, it was a blown fuse. Overall, aside from the few things i mentioned, I did appreciate the customer service, I do love the car. I would buy from Fremont Toyota again. More
