Had to bring car in for a part replacement. The dealership said would call me once the part has arrived. They never did call. I had to call them 2 weeks later just to find out the part was alre The dealership said would call me once the part has arrived. They never did call. I had to call them 2 weeks later just to find out the part was already at the dealership. Then they find out that they got the wrong part so they had to reorder it and would calle once it arrives. Again they did not contact me and I had to call them to check the status. It was already at the dealership. xxxxxx already with this kind of service. Not to mention they did not put back the door panel correctly on both times the car was at the dealership. I had to let them know to fix it. On the 2nd time I talked to their service director about it and he got diffensive "not our problem" before I even finished my sentence. Then he realized his mistake but still kept on with his attitude problem. In the end he did apologized for his behavior but gave me a very lame excuse as to why he acted the way he did. More
