Great Service Deparment I was traveling from UT to MN on a Saturday afternoon, and my voltage light came on. I pulled in and even though they were busy, Brian in service got I was traveling from UT to MN on a Saturday afternoon, and my voltage light came on. Started great, nightmare ending. I went to this dealership and everything was great to begin with, great price, reasonable payments, great car I didn't get approved but Erik tried ev I went to this dealership and everything was great to begin with, great price, reasonable payments, great car I didn't get approved but Erik tried everything and got me approved without a cosigner. That was great and I was excited then I started asking questions from before and at first I didn't have to trade in my car, then I was being forced to but I was getting nothing out of it.. Then I asked for an idea on interest rates and they would not give me an answer. Also, my payment and down payment suddenly changed. The changes didn't fit my budget so I had to sadly decline the offer. Erik, shook his head, threw my keys down and said "guess you're driving your own car home tonight". I said "thank you for your time and I'm sorry it's not going to work out right now". He didn't say anything, wouldn't shake my hand, was really rude to m dad and didn't even say anything or say thank you or anything. I understand I didn't buy a car from them and declined after he tried so hard, but with all the things changing and then withholding information from me I just didn't feel comfortable. I walked out feeling awful and the dealer didn't help when he was so mad and rude about me not purchasing anything. I don't think I will go back and if I do, I will not be going through Erik. I don't usually do reviews or put anyone on blast or anything but I feel as if his actions were very unprofessional and he did not deal with it the correct way. He made me feel very bad. I would not recommend him. Everyone else seemed extremely nice. More

Used cars ??? I'm not sure who checks out the cars for problems??? I realize that when you buy used it is as is where is. You don't expect the check engine light t I'm not sure who checks out the cars for problems??? I realize that when you buy used it is as is where is. You don't expect the check engine light to come on after 138 miles. Mike said it would be fixed, sent the truck back and 6 hours later they came out with a bid wanting to know if we wanted to pay that much to have it fixed. My husband told them to take it up with Mike and he told them to fix it. They didn't have the right part so it was sent and the truck was fixed the next day. I am thank full that Mike fixed that problem. I have been asked to give you my thoughts on how you could make things better. Better communication about what is being done and better checking out and disclosure on what's wrong with the truck at the time of the sale. Since this we have found other problems with the truck that will be costly repairs. More
