Great Service Deparment I was traveling from UT to MN on a Saturday afternoon, and my voltage light came on. I pulled in and even though they were busy, Brian in service got I was traveling from UT to MN on a Saturday afternoon, and my voltage light came on. I pulled in and even though they were busy, Brian in service got my vehicle in right away, did diagnostic check on it and had me back on the road within 2 hours with a new alternator! Started great, nightmare ending. I went to this dealership and everything was great to begin with, great price, reasonable payments, great car I didn't get approved but Erik tried ev I went to this dealership and everything was great to begin with, great price, reasonable payments, great car I didn't get approved but Erik tried everything and got me approved without a cosigner. That was great and I was excited then I started asking questions from before and at first I didn't have to trade in my car, then I was being forced to but I was getting nothing out of it.. Then I asked for an idea on interest rates and they would not give me an answer. Also, my payment and down payment suddenly changed. The changes didn't fit my budget so I had to sadly decline the offer. Erik, shook his head, threw my keys down and said "guess you're driving your own car home tonight". I said "thank you for your time and I'm sorry it's not going to work out right now". He didn't say anything, wouldn't shake my hand, was really rude to m dad and didn't even say anything or say thank you or anything. I understand I didn't buy a car from them and declined after he tried so hard, but with all the things changing and then withholding information from me I just didn't feel comfortable. I walked out feeling awful and the dealer didn't help when he was so mad and rude about me not purchasing anything. I don't think I will go back and if I do, I will not be going through Erik. I don't usually do reviews or put anyone on blast or anything but I feel as if his actions were very unprofessional and he did not deal with it the correct way. He made me feel very bad. I would not recommend him. Everyone else seemed extremely nice. More
