The people at this dealership, from the receptionist to the repair department personnel, to the repair people themselves, to the owner are ALL interes The people at this dealership, from the receptionist to the repair department personnel, to the repair people themselves, to the owner are ALL interested in having things go well for their customers! We had an unexpected occurrence with our vehicle on a Friday afternoon which required some time-consuming work. The work was completed an HOUR before they closed even though I called after the lunch hour to ask for help. We live in a neighboring town and consider this dealership our "hometown" dealership. Extended travels While traveling through Cody I needed to get some routine service done on my Expedition. Easy scheduling, courteous staff and quick turn around. Better than I could have hoped! We are pulling a 29' Travel Trailer around the country with our 2004 Expedition. On a trip into town, while camped at Buffalo Bill State Park outside We are pulling a 29' Travel Trailer around the country with our 2004 Expedition. On a trip into town, while camped at Buffalo Bill State Park outside of Cody, the engine suddenly developed a significant misfire condition. I stopped at an auto parts store to get the codes read and the result was "Multiple Random Misfire". Not encouraging. After checking with the Fremont Motors Service Department, I was told that, since we were traveling, if I could bring it in at 7:30 the next morning, they would try to work it in. I did so and was given the keys to a loaner, so I could return to the campground and await their findings. By noon, I was back at the campground again with my own, repaired vehicle. They determined that cyl 3 had a bad coilpac and cyl 1 had a bad spark plug. The service was great, the rates fair and we are free to go merrily on our way. Thanks Brock and Jason! Well done! If you're in the Cody area and have trouble with your Ford, Dodge or Jeep, take it to these folks! They're wonderful! More

I recently brought my ram 2500 diesel in for a recall and service and was treated like gold. They got me a loaner vehicle due to an extreme circumstance, got my vehicle repaired rapidly and kept me informed every step of the way. I was a mechanic for many years before I became a doctor, and am very picky about the work done on my cars. They did great. Highly recommend. More

Three failures to fix leak, rude general manager I sent my vehicle in to have a leak fixed on the timing chain cover, it came back leaking worse. So I sent it back and told me it was a new leak not related to the service they had just performed. I have mechanical experience and talked to my mechanic brother as well, it was leaking from the same spot, they would not fix their mistake. I have to go through them for my extended warranty or I would have gone else where, it cost an additional $1000 + to fix it it came back leaking again. Again it was in the same area that they just serviced, they would not fix it I tried going up the ladder to get it fixed, the general manager was very rude and said he would not help. I will not be going back they are crooks at that dealership. More
