Excellent service! Justin did a great job. Had the vehicle I was wanting on the lot, worked with my local bank and got it all done. Two features I wanted, but not o Justin did a great job. I was looking for a good truck a been looking for a few weeks called a talk to a Justin at Fremont in Casper Wy, He did all the hard work for me. BEWARE. .do not let this service dept. work on your vehicle. I brought my 2015 dodge ram 1500, which has never had any issues since I got it, to thier shop f .do not let this service dept. work on your vehicle. I brought my 2015 dodge ram 1500, which has never had any issues since I got it, to thier shop for them to fix a simple leak in the air ride system. This problem was diagnosed by 2 other shops. It was sent to freemont for a simple fix, but instead of doing what they were supposed to do, they proceeded to replace parts that were still good. When I picked it up, we drove the vehicle 2 1/2 miles and the entire air ride system failed. I brought it back to them and they stated very rudely that it wasn't their problem, even though they had just worked on the very system that failed. I took them to court, and even though I had huge amounts of proof, the judge ruled against me. This seems to be an ongoing problem at this dealership and will probably continue to be as long as they know there will never be any consequences, when you take them to court in Natrona County. The judge who heard this case obviously either doesn't listen or doesn't know her job. If you look at the reviews for Fremont Service Dept. you will see they obviously hire subpar mechanics that don't have the knowledge to do their job. My suggestion-Fremont, get rid of the uneducated employees you have and get some that are qualified to perform their jobs. And stop being rude about something you caused. Now it will cost me $3,000 to fix a problem that in the beginning was a simple $400 fix. UNBELIEVABLE Sincerely, William Burlison More

I was greeted by PJ Lantz wanting to look at a 2021 Ram 2500 diesel. I ordered a truck in May, got it on November 26. PJ checked in with me every week with an update. This was a difficult situation because the trucks just weren't being completed and shipped. PJ did a stellar job taking care of the situation and has been always available since I purchased the truck answering questions and again just checking in to see how it was going with the truck.
