He explained the entire vehicle to me upon my purchase. He worked with the finance manager(who was excellent also!) to help me get the financing that was best for me. The presentation of my Journey upon pick up was impressive and made me feel very important to them. Overall, I am very satisfied and will recommend Fremont Motors to everyone! More

Everyone we interacted with was so kind and they all seem to work well together. It was a very Happy, Professional atmosphere. The only thing that could have made it better would be if they offered to bring us some lunch since we were there for soOoo long and hadnt eaten since breakfast. More
I have just one complaint. When we bought our car, the DVD player worked with the DVD that was given to us to try. When we got home 25 minutes later and put a DVD in the car, none of them worked and we t DVD player worked with the DVD that was given to us to try. When we got home 25 minutes later and put a DVD in the car, none of them worked and we tried 30 DVD's. Now, we are being told that we have to pay $2300 to get it fixed. I'm sorry, I'm not paying for it. We have been asking to get it resolved and nothing has been done about it. We are very frustrated and are about to take it into our own hands and contact Buick ourselves. That was one of the reasons why we bought the car. We did our own research and it shows in the research that the DVD players had issues anyway and they were replaced. So why can't we get ours replaced? I feel like we are just being told that we will be helped and then hoping that we just go away. We were thinking about buying a truck for my husband there but at this point, I'm not sure if we will or not. Depends on how your company handles this issue that we can't get resolved. Thanks. More
I wish that I would have read the other reviews before bringing my vehicle to Freemont Dodge in Casper Wyoming. The Chrysler/Dodge company and the mystery regional folks have the worst "pass the buck" bringing my vehicle to Freemont Dodge in Casper Wyoming. The Chrysler/Dodge company and the mystery regional folks have the worst "pass the buck" system I have seen in a long time. Jamie, I appreciate your efforts but a customer is doomed when the rest of the company refuses to take responsibility. More
"Run away fast ... screaming...!" This dealership is dishonest and untrustworthy in providing apparently any type of repair service for their product! They could not, (...or would not) repair a Dodge product which needed a simple downstream oxygen sensor replacement! Instead of diagnosing this potential problem, they "recommend" "throwing parts at my vehicle to do the repair. (I assume this because they can "extract" even more money from their unwitting customer!) They did not repair my Dodge vehicle after they had it for just over a month and what they did "do" to it they charged over $1000.00! When I picked up my vehicle, and inquired what was wrong with the vehicle and what they did to repair it, they said it had "repaired itself and they didn't know what was wrong with it." .... Later...... when the problem with my vehicle continued, I researched my vehicle's problem myself and used what resources I have at hand and found my vehicle's issue to be a faulty downstream oxygen sensor. I replaced the sensor myself for $35.00 and reset the vehicle's computer codes myself and have not had a problem with it since! After this experience with this dealership, I feel their "business mission" really is to "extract" as much money as possible from whomever walks into their business, regardless of the outcome through their dishonest and deceitful approach to "service"...! This was my first experience with this local Dodge dealership and needless to say, it will be my last!!! First impressions do matter! I recommend to anyone and everyone who owns a Dodge or Chrysler product to avoid this place at all costs!! This place does not deserve your hard earned money for the kind of service they provide...! Oh, the oxygen sensor I removed from my vehicle was bent and obviously "broken". Any experienced mechanic would have recognized the symptoms I described for my vehicle and would have at least investigated the most obvious possible cause...! Fremont Dodge of Casper is not interested in their customers!!!!!! They are only interested in how much money their customers "throw" at them...!!! Avoid!!! More
Fremont Motors of Casper is only interested in their bottom line at the expense of their customer. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone who wants or needs their Dodge or Chrysler or Jeep product bottom line at the expense of their customer. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone who wants or needs their Dodge or Chrysler or Jeep product serviced or repaired...!!!! My vehicle was towed to the garage as it was capable of starting. The "repair" the garage performed did not address the vehicles problem, and at great expense to me! I was hoping a Dodge dealer could diagnose and repair their own product! I was wrong. They are only interested in "throwing parts" to repair a vehicle without regard to what the real problem is. I will not be returning to this dealer for repair work or for possible future sales...! Avoid at all costs!!!! More
