Knew that the service department was always really busy and I expected to have to lea Took my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude in for her first oil change. Knew that the service department was always really busy and I expected to have to leave the car all day, taking their shuttle back to work and have them get me when the car was done. However, I got there and they had my paperwork out and gave me a great loaner car which allowed me to get right back to work and the freedom to pick up my car when I was ready. When I went back to pick up my car, I didn't have to wait in any lines, they knew who I was and had the paperwork ready. Best of all, my car had been washed and she was ready to go! Now, that's great service! Big kudos to ALL the guys at Fremont! More
