Being new to Santa Ana I was looking for a place to take my Honda for service and I found my place. Their complimentary coffee is one of the perks that keeps me coming back ;). It ended up with some issues, so they a provided a replacement that was a huge upgrade from the first deal. The General Manager, Sales Managers, Finance Manager, and especially our sales guy Michael Corona were all very understanding, helpful and courteous. We did not make a stink about the first car, just told them our concerns. They took it on themselves to step up and address it all in a way that was more fair to us. I don't know where the stories come from with dealerships and car corporations screwing their customers. It sure must not come from Freeway Honda. I am telling anyone that asks to see Freeway Honda if they need a car. More

Since a campaign of recall on this issue was done before, Kevin Nessl tried to re-do a recall on behalf of customer. Even the recall was not processed after mechanical verification, I have to thank him for his honesty and kind help. More
Purchased a brand new car, put $10,000.00 down. Very clearly asked if their was a prepayment penalty if we paid the car off early, a very clear answer of "no" was replied by this dealership. Now it's been 2 months and guess what, they now say......."well the fiancé company has to get something". Very small line item 1D ON THE BACK of the contract tells a little something about this $75.00 fee, that the dealership lied about during contract signing. Buyer beware, this dealership doesn't tell the truth, just what it takes to get you to buy the car. More

This was the best car sales experience I have ever had, which is saying a lot as I am in my late 50's and have bought numerous cars. It was the ultimate in true customer service: Professional, Informative, Customer-Centric, Efficient, Best Price, Best Financing and Excellent Follow-Up. I had already done my research in expectation of the traditional lengthy haggling experience, and much to my surprise, they offered me the best price and terms right out of the chute. Through the course of the buying process, and lessons in technology, I met several staff members and all were clearly professionals that wanted to ensure I was not only satisfied, but impressed with their customer service and my vehicle. Incredibly, I was in and out in a little over an hour, and that included the financing paperwork! They have guaranteed my repeat business and my highest of recommendations for anyone interested in purchasing a Honda. And their technology expert, Tim Topeka, has the patience of a saint... I did mention I'm in my late 50's. More
