I'm moving to the East coast in a few weeks, so I brought my car in for a last round of service before the 3000 mile drive. I got an alignment, the Maintenance II package, and some sort of a carbon cleanout my car in for a last round of service before the 3000 mile drive. They offered me the loaner car, so I didn't have to get a rental car. Every step of the way, David was polite, helpful, and willing to explain packages to me, combining packages/coupons to get everything I needed for the lowest price. I'm not looking forward to finding a new place for my car to be serviced on the east coast - I don't think any dealership could be as customer-friendly as Freeway. More

I have had my vehicle serviced several times this year and they do a great job. The quality of work is good and have not returned the vehicle to get it repaired again for the same problem. I am a 15 year+/- Saturn customer, this was my first visit to a Chevy Dealer for service on my Saturn. I called prior to coming in for service to understand how Freeway handles oil change appointment visit to a Chevy Dealer for service on my Saturn. I spoke with Craig Hartman who was extremely welcoming, kind & helpful. I finally came in for an oil change even though it was uncomfortable for me to begin service with a new source after all these years. I was pleasantly surprised that all was painless. Vincent was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. I look forward to seeing & working with Vincent during my next visit. I think that was the quickest oil change I ever received. I know it was a slow day, but it was still nice. More

whem I brought my car originally two weeeks ago for aserive my sterring colum was making a clunking noise and it was very loud, it was determined that my front suspension shock was loose, it was replac aserive my sterring colum was making a clunking noise and it was very loud, it was determined that my front suspension shock was loose, it was replaced, well when i got home the noise was still there, thankfully roger contacted me about my serive and i told him about the noise, he had me bring my car backin, he ahd the mechanic go with me and drive the car so he could hear the noise, the mechanic heard i was givien a rental car to drive overnight and my car was fixed, it is now running great and smoothly, thank you Roger for following up with me on my car freeway chevy is great More

David made sure that the par on my car was replaceable through warranty, Once he found out it was David then made sure of the part that was needed and made sure it could get there same day to be fixed.
