Jim is a long term employee and usually does a great job. I have to think that he might not have realized how important the gas cap being connected was. Mr. Crouse, I am sorry for your frustration. Due to the difficulties in obtaining a loan for you, it took a little longer than usual to get you approved. I am glad that we were actually able to obtain an approval for you. We do a complimantary service wash with every service visit. Unfortunately, we did not wash your vehicle, because it was not in for service. We had just detailed your vehicle a few days prior when you purchased it. You came in to get a tracking system installed as a condition of your approval. We would have gladly washed your vehicle had you requested it and we certainly will anytime you are in the area. You have a right to your opinion and you have a right to choose where to do business. I must say that I am surprised that you are this upset. My employees did a great job in getting you approved for the vehicle when there were numerous challenges. If you want to come in and talk to me personally I will go over the entire process again and see if we can improve the experience. It is always our goal to have 100% customer satisfaction, but I do realize that this is not always possible. Thank you, Michael Cook General Manager
