I recently had my Chevy Tahoe in for air conditioner service. My husband was quoted $357 and agreed to the service. When I picked up my truck, the bill was $554. I was surprised. When I got home my husband was puzzled that the bill was significantly more than expected. We immediately called Craig, he stated that he had sent an email to my husband explaining extra parts were needed. We double checked his email and never received one. Craig explained he had sent alot of emails that day and may have forgotten to send one to us. Irregardless, the work would have had to have been done to do the job right, but we would have appreciated a phone call at least. Two hundred dollars is quite alot more. I went in to get an oil change. I brought my own oil and filter. They were prompt to get to me and to get the work done for a reasonable price, since I had brought my own supplies. filter. Thanks to your courtesy car driver who took my passenger to a camera shop since we thought we were going to be there for three hours and his camera shop was going to be closed before we were finished. The new waiting room is a nice touch also. Hopefully I will not have a problem for a long time with the price of gas as I have to drive about 120 miles for service. More

On Weds June 22 I brought my car in to have the window tinting on the rear window replaced. The car was to be finished that afternoon. Overall it was a pleasant vehicle purchase and that's what I as a consumer look for in buying a truck. Dwayne was especially helpful & patient as I could buy what ever car or truck I wanted, it just too what I as a consumer look for in buying a truck. My first choice was convertible Camaro, but it just did't suit our needs. Plus our trade in was a 2005 FX Infiniti. I choose the crew cab LTZ , due to it!s horsepower, upgraded exhaust pkg, creature comforts & price/value. this truck is as responsive as the FX, every bit as fast & easy to maneuver in traffic. It's an all around pleasure to drive like the FX was. Dwayne was helpful & available, Mike was also helpful in working out the numbers to complete the purchase. Tracy Solis, is a pleasant finance manager with a nice personality. It was an overall pleasant experience. More
