However, we had a situation on Sat. where the truck we bought apparently was Hi, I worked with Tyler. He was nice and helped us get what we wanted. However, we had a situation on Sat. where the truck we bought apparently was getting inspected for quality and it turned out we had to wait 2 hours to drive off because it needed brakes. 5 minutes later Tyler let us know it would not be til Monday when we get our truck that we just purchased because the service dept. closed. It was out of his hands. I talked to his manager who heard me out and gave me the reason of making sure everything is good/fixed/ready for us and our safety. I appreciate that and the purpose but I still expected to drive off with the truck I spent 4 hrs. at the dealership for between negotiating, settling and signing paperwork. Then on Monday no one called me or my fiance to let us know when the truck would be ready. Tyler claimed it would be ready on Mon. It is 3pm my fiance and I had to call the sales managers to get any follow up, one manager Jim Mays claimed he couldn't even find me in the 'system', he had to call me back. Then they let us know it would not be ready til the next day. At this point I had lost all trust in Freeway Chevrolet to deliver on their word. One sales manager, John whom my fiance talked to claimed it was his fault and he was going to make sure it was ready at 8pm. We called and it was. We are happy with our purchase. I am not happy with the service after signing the dotted line. By the way, Tyler never returned our call on Monday. No one ever said, 'hey I'm sorry this is an inconvenience, can I do anything to compensate'. Instead we were told I'm sorry but I have another car for you to use" and no follow through customer service call saying "Hi, I checked on your truck and it will be ready for you later tonight/tomorrow" etc. This wasn't a nasty situation, purely inconvenient and lack of customer service. I realize things could have been worse, nonetheless, it leaves a bad taste. I'm happy it is all done and we have our truck. More

The service was great! Came in for an oil change but started talking to a guy about the airconditioning problem I was having. They sent Raul over and he said they would check it out. Gave me a ride home and called later that evening saying they were still looking for leak so next day got me a loaner car. Called following day and had it done so went to pick up @ 1 and I said something to Raul about did they happen to do oil change. Nope but like I said it was a mix up so Raul took truck back immediately and they did oil change. Thank you! Candy Mallette More
I recently had my Chevy Tahoe in for air conditioner service. My husband was quoted $357 and agreed to the service. When I picked up my truck, the bill was $554. I was surprised. When I got home my husband was puzzled that the bill was significantly more than expected. We immediately called Craig, he stated that he had sent an email to my husband explaining extra parts were needed. We double checked his email and never received one. Craig explained he had sent alot of emails that day and may have forgotten to send one to us. Irregardless, the work would have had to have been done to do the job right, but we would have appreciated a phone call at least. Two hundred dollars is quite alot more. I was pleased that the work only took l hour rather than an estimated 3. Chris is always courteous and explains the work to me. Again, thanks for the car wash--nice added touch to service. Hopefully the other fans under the dash last for awhile since I only 1,000 miles left on the warranty. Thanks to your courtesy car driver who took my passenger to a camera shop since we thought we were going to be there for three hours and his camera shop was going to be closed before we were finished. The new waiting room is a nice touch also. Hopefully I will not have a problem for a long time with the price of gas as I have to drive about 120 miles for service. More
