I am a 22 year old, and had trouble being taken seriously at many dealerships, including Freeway Chevrolet before coming into contact with Joey Myers. I made an online inquiry about a 2013 Cruze, and had a v at many dealerships, including Freeway Chevrolet before coming into contact with Joey Myers. I made an online inquiry about a 2013 Cruze, and had a veryyyy specific price in mind, which was not completely compatible with what the dealership had in mind. Joey spend two STRAIGHT days, working with numbers, and finding me the EXACT car that I wanted. He even had a car sent over from another dealership for me, and when I saw that car, I HATED the interior. Joey went way far above and beyond to find me a car that he could "fix" to be the car I wanted. Before we finally struck gold and found a car on his lot that we over looked that was more than perfect, (even though it came with a lot of features I was less than interested in- but he found a way to widdle the price down to a more interesting one for me). My family comes from an Autoparts background, and we have a very extensive history with Chevy vehicles. My mother who has had her fair share of history with car salesman, and who's father owned a GM autoparts business, met Joey when I went to pick up my car and was downright impressed with his knowledge, humor, and customer service. My parents have both agreed that the next time they are in the business to buy a new car, they will see Joey first. I highly reccomend Freeway Chevrolet and especially Joey Myers the next time you go to buy a car. Along with Joey, Mark Orio in the financing department was a wiz at what he does. He was quick and pretty quick with humor. Do yourself a favor and go see these guys, they are the real deal. More

this is not really about freeway as much as it is about gm service.on friday i brought my 2012 camaro in for service stabilitrac light james got me right in to freeways tech grantitded it was 2 in afternoo gm service.on friday i brought my 2012 camaro in for service stabilitrac light james got me right in to freeways tech grantitded it was 2 in afternoon. within 30 minutes loren had ran diagnostics and found 4 error codes to which he could not identify it told him to contact gm tac i believe he said. apparently he got a hold of gm tac but it was to late in day for them to help with diagnosis.i thought the purpose of computers were to help with diagnosis but if everything is not available to local techs what good is it.now it will be till monday before repair or parts can be ordered.it amazing that gm requires local dealers to maintain a completely satisfied rating but when dealing with gm they do not practice same.this is not first time i have had experienc dealing with gm tac or whatever you call them.repairs should be dignosed and repaired by local dealers at gm cost based on what the very expensive computers tell them is problem.also there should be gm tacs available on saturday if local dealers can work on saturday so should they. More
My son and I bought a Malibu from Freeway in Dec. Jim Rule made buying a car easy. He had some of the paper work done when we got there. I had gone to several other dealerships prior to Freeway and experience the worst customer service ever. One of the Mr. Ed guys ripped the quote in my face because I did not accept what he offered. I had given up looking for a new car when Jim at Freeway contacted me he said he could help and he did. Jim was awesome! Never once did I feel pressured or hassled like the other dealerships. My credit was not as bad as I was told. Jim and Jay went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. More
I wanted to bring to your attention my recent experience with the purchase of a new 2013 Chevrolet Equinox. I made a purchase(2013 Chevrolet Equinox) on Nov28, 2012 at Freeway Chevrolet in Chandler, AZ. with the purchase of a new 2013 Chevrolet Equinox. I made a purchase(2013 Chevrolet Equinox) on Nov28, 2012 at Freeway Chevrolet in Chandler, AZ. I had a very bad experience with this dealership and overall purchase of a GM vehicle. My overall experience was "extremely dissatisfied". I will explain why: When I went to purchase a Chevrolet Equinox LT vehicle, I was shown another model LTZ which the sales people told me has everything including navigation. I came to find out later(after my purchase) when I went back to the dealership on Dec 6th for a demo of the vehicle that navigation comes with Onstar connection which made no sense to me. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told the LTZ model comes with everything including navigation and after the purchase they are telling me that I have to pay $30 a month to get directions. How is that fair treatment? I was going to Buy a Ford or Honda, but my wife's mom worked for GM so we decided to support them and buy one of their vehicles. And this is how we are treated. I am very disappointed with the service from the dealership and am not happy at all with my purchase. I could have got the same type of vehicle with navigation cheaper with a different brand. Despite my repeated phone calls no one gave me a reasonable response. One Sales Manager(I believe John Huggins) called me and said he will call me back in a few minutes with a solution for this and never called me back since Dec20, 2012. More
Please be careful when shopping here. Dennis Renko the assistant manager has to be the worst closer in the business. His ego is unreal. I would never do business with him and I feel sorry for any employe assistant manager has to be the worst closer in the business. His ego is unreal. He has no clue about customer service and tries to bait and switch by putting down your trade and offering a dirty stinky high milage dealer rental which must have been way over priced. Mr. Renko says hey your trade is 2 years old has 6,600 miles and we can sell you a 1 year old 26,000 mile dealer rental... I don't think so... Couldn't get out of there fast enough.. BTW went to the Ford dealer and got a brand new 2013 Ford and they paid a fair and reasonable amount for our pristine trade. I have givien this rating because Mr. Renko would never tell me what he was valuing my trade or what he was selling the vehicle for. More
I stopped by earlier this week to do some comparison shopping and to test drvie the latest Sivlerados. I was met by Jose Gonzales, Sales. Jose was terrific and spent considerable time with me test driving both the Diesel and Vortec 5.4 L. He also worked up quotes and took them to mgt. I was very impressed with Jose and his salesmanship. He was very relaxed and knowledgeable about Chevy products. I was made a better offer at another dealreship in the Valley and if not I devfinately would have traded with Freeway. Both my wife and I have dealt with the Service Department on a number of occasions over the past several years and I highly recommend them in that they are extremely friendly, coureous and professional.
