My experience at Freeway Chevrolet to be honest started off very rocky to say the least. The deal that was agreed upon and the vehicle did not go through as planned. When we left that night with the altern off very rocky to say the least. The deal that was agreed upon and the vehicle did not go through as planned. When we left that night with the alternate vehicle it was not a pleasant drive home, because my wife and I were not happy due to the fact that we had fallen in love with the first car we had picked and drove for a few days until being told that it was not a done deal. I know that buying a car is one part finding what you want, but mostly a number game. If the numbers don't work there is really nothing that can be done. The vehicle we came home with that night is a '12 Malibu. It is a very nice car but from the start there were issues, such as equipment being promised, and overall cleanliness of vehicle. To Freeways credit , and Mr. John Huggins, most of the issues were taken care of. The only thing that did not get taken care of was the bad taste that was left. Don't get me wrong the Malibu is a nice car , and the promised equipment was installed and a complete detail was done, but since having the car for six months all we can think of is trading it in. We did look at some options but were told that we had been sold a vehicle at a very high price and the trade in value left us with a $9000 deficiency according to Kelly Blu Book, which leaves me to believe we were taken advantage of. I am not a person who likes to bash people or businesses, but I am the type of person who believes in karma. Im sure there will be other reviews of this dealership that will be totally opposite of mine but I hope that anyone who reads mine understands that I am only being honest. After posting this review I was contacted by freeways General Manager Mr. Michael Cook, I got to hand it to him he took time to talk to me personally and address all the issues I had . He also asked me to go back to the dealer and see if we could make another deal on a different vehicle that will make me and my family alot happier. For this reason I am changing my original rating and hope that if there is a next time I have to do a review I wont have to write a book like this one. More
Like Oh My gosh I went to to get my vehicle serviced and Craig from the service department got me in right away because I had a totally hectic schedule. I was linked to Vince (who has always taken care of m Craig from the service department got me in right away because I had a totally hectic schedule. I was linked to Vince (who has always taken care of my vehicle needs since I owned my avalanche) and I was so glad and satisfied as always with the service. There were some unexpected services that needed to be done and although I was hesitant I did follow through the recommendations anyway because that's just how much trust I have in Freeway's service department team. I purchased my Avalanche in 2012 from William and still never forget the day my Escalade was picked up from my home; was a sad day but knowing that I was getting a new truck that was well within my means served me greatly. They all deserve medals (quote from the movie: Willow back in the day) :) Thanks guys I always like to throw in humor because every time I go to Freeway Chevrolet I always get a smile put on my face. Brandon did a great job servicing me and understanding the payments I needed, he was also very helpful in the fact that he used his own life and car "issues" as a backdrop for me to see for myself. Even t the payments I needed, he was also very helpful in the fact that he used his own life and car "issues" as a backdrop for me to see for myself. Even though I got the dame car but newer he let me test drive it again as well. Brandon was a great guy and helped me so much more then words can explain. I will definitely be referring future clients to him and Freeway Chevrolet. More
I am a 22 year old, and had trouble being taken seriously at many dealerships, including Freeway Chevrolet before coming into contact with Joey Myers. I made an online inquiry about a 2013 Cruze, and had a v at many dealerships, including Freeway Chevrolet before coming into contact with Joey Myers. I made an online inquiry about a 2013 Cruze, and had a veryyyy specific price in mind, which was not completely compatible with what the dealership had in mind. Joey spend two STRAIGHT days, working with numbers, and finding me the EXACT car that I wanted. He even had a car sent over from another dealership for me, and when I saw that car, I HATED the interior. Joey went way far above and beyond to find me a car that he could "fix" to be the car I wanted. Before we finally struck gold and found a car on his lot that we over looked that was more than perfect, (even though it came with a lot of features I was less than interested in- but he found a way to widdle the price down to a more interesting one for me). My family comes from an Autoparts background, and we have a very extensive history with Chevy vehicles. My mother who has had her fair share of history with car salesman, and who's father owned a GM autoparts business, met Joey when I went to pick up my car and was downright impressed with his knowledge, humor, and customer service. My parents have both agreed that the next time they are in the business to buy a new car, they will see Joey first. I highly reccomend Freeway Chevrolet and especially Joey Myers the next time you go to buy a car. Along with Joey, Mark Orio in the financing department was a wiz at what he does. He was quick and pretty quick with humor. Do yourself a favor and go see these guys, they are the real deal. More

this is not really about freeway as much as it is about gm service.on friday i brought my 2012 camaro in for service stabilitrac light james got me right in to freeways tech grantitded it was 2 in afternoo gm service.on friday i brought my 2012 camaro in for service stabilitrac light james got me right in to freeways tech grantitded it was 2 in afternoon. within 30 minutes loren had ran diagnostics and found 4 error codes to which he could not identify it told him to contact gm tac i believe he said. apparently he got a hold of gm tac but it was to late in day for them to help with diagnosis.i thought the purpose of computers were to help with diagnosis but if everything is not available to local techs what good is it.now it will be till monday before repair or parts can be ordered.it amazing that gm requires local dealers to maintain a completely satisfied rating but when dealing with gm they do not practice same.this is not first time i have had experienc dealing with gm tac or whatever you call them.repairs should be dignosed and repaired by local dealers at gm cost based on what the very expensive computers tell them is problem.also there should be gm tacs available on saturday if local dealers can work on saturday so should they. I had gone to several other dealerships prior to Freeway and experience the worst customer service ever. One of the Mr. Ed guys ripped the quote in my face because I did not accept what he offered. I had and experience the worst customer service ever. One of the Mr. Ed guys ripped the quote in my face because I did not accept what he offered. I had given up looking for a new car when Jim at Freeway contacted me he said he could help and he did. Jim was awesome! Never once did I feel pressured or hassled like the other dealerships. My credit was not as bad as I was told. Jim and Jay went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. More
