Thank you Will for your feedback and I am sorry for all of your life troubles since your flood. I appreciate the opportunity you gave us to help with your vehicle problem. Our Ford Certified technician had the opportunity to speak with your mechanic and found that their concerns were not valid. We believe that the real problem was that your mechanic was not use to seeing a vehicle from northern Illinois and perceived that frame surface rust meant that the complete vehicle was no good. This vehicle is a 2006 Suburban with around 30,000 miles on it, but it is from Illinois and has been on the road for ten years. Our mechanics here inspected the vehicle and the vehicle is in safe mechanical condition, as well as incredible cosmetic condition. The local Chevy store inspected the vehicle it her in Illinois and had the same mechanical and cosmetic opinion of the vehicle as well. We represented the vehicle exactly as we perceived it to be. This vehicle has considerably less underbody rust on it that nay other 2006 vehicle we have seen in this area. I did offer some financial support if the vehicle did actually have something wrong with it, but after our mechanics talked to the mechanics in South Carolina we could not determine something actually wrong with the vehicle except some surface rust underneath the vehicle.
