Bailey is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. No issues there. My issue was the hood not being closed correctly. As I got up to highway speed, I was startled by the hood trying to l professional. No issues there. My issue was the hood not being closed correctly. As I got up to highway speed, I was startled by the hood trying to lift itself. Fortunately, the latch caught and kept the hood from opening completely. I had to pull over to close it correctly. Not necessarily a safe thing to do on the side of the highway. More
While the staff was extremely helpful and nice, the time it took to perform the service work was terrible. You called me to schedule the service and provided the day and time! We basically had a good experience, except that we had a series of multiple check engine lights go off at once when the car had less than 5K miles. We had been told it would be 1 1/2 hours for the repair w series of multiple check engine lights go off at once when the car had less than 5K miles. We had been told it would be 1 1/2 hours for the repair when we dropped it off at 9:30 AM. We hadn't heard from them all morning, so we called back at 2 PM, and was told it would be done at the end of the day. They didn't send any status updates during the day. All they did was replace the battery, so the time it took for the repair seemed out of proportion, especially since we had made an appointment the previous week. The shuttle service was great and we appreciated that. Our driver was very friendly. More
