Z is Personable and professional. He didn't rush the walkthrough (and 1st drive) of my new Camry and answered my questions. He delivered the car when he said he would. I recently started my third lease walkthrough (and 1st drive) of my new Camry and answered my questions. He delivered the car when he said he would. I recently started my third lease with Freeman Toyota - Rav4s and Camry this time. For the last two leases, I was able to complete most of the deals/communications via email, texts, and calls without visiting the dealership. For my most recent lease, they delivered the car to my home. We did the paperwork and feature walk-through at that time too. The transaction was as painless as it could be. Kudos to B.J. and team. I have a 2020 Tundra and a RCTA sensor problem was detected. I brought it in but the problem couldnt be duplicated. I wishe a fix could have been done after it was detected!!! Also I have a push button start that cant detect the key fob 2 times. I am afraid that is going to escalate. This is my 5th Tundra. I hope my luck isnt about to run out.!!!! More
