Bailey is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. No issues there. My issue was the hood not being closed correctly. As I got up to highway speed, I was startled by the hood trying to l professional. No issues there. My issue was the hood not being closed correctly. As I got up to highway speed, I was startled by the hood trying to lift itself. Fortunately, the latch caught and kept the hood from opening completely. I had to pull over to close it correctly. Not necessarily a safe thing to do on the side of the highway. More

While the staff was extremely helpful and nice, the time it took to perform the service work was terrible. You called me to schedule the service and provided the day and time! I was there on time and it too it took to perform the service work was terrible. You called me to schedule the service and provided the day and time! I was there on time and it took 4 HOURS to perform the 1st service for the vehicle, heck it only has 2000 miles on it. OK, so the cruise control didn't function, but it only needed a computer reset.
