waited 2 hours and 40 minutes for an oil change. I got tired of waiting and went to ask why it was taking so long. They said they tried to call me. The whole time I was in the lobby service staff came i tired of waiting and went to ask why it was taking so long. They said they tried to call me. The whole time I was in the lobby service staff came in to get people because their cars were ready. At no time did any one come in to notify me the car was ready. Customer service is poor. I have bought 3 cars from Freeman Toyota. Time to try another dealer. More

This was my sons first car buying experience. Harry helped me at first, then turned us over to Amber Minor - later that evening. I want to stress that the people we dealt with - EXPECIALLY AMBER - wer helped me at first, then turned us over to Amber Minor - later that evening. I want to stress that the people we dealt with - EXPECIALLY AMBER - were all great. However - the only thing keeping me from giving this rating 5 stars was the typical back and forth - start off high priced/interest rate - then back and forth for the better deal... My son learned how the typical dealership works for sure. Most of it was unnecessary - and a waste of time. That being said - we're very happy with the car, and Amber was a rockstar************* More
