I have purchased two new cars from your dealership and have had no problems with the sales and service personnel. I was a second one to arrive at a dealership and And when the service stores open I pulled all the way in. Every individual had somebody waiting on them and finally a young lady came and asked me what I wanted I explained it to her and she didn’t quite understand it she said I’ll get somebody to help you and walked away nobody returned to help me I had to ask several people if they could wait on me after they were done. This is the first time that this is happened to me but very unusual. This is the only complaint that I have in 12 years. More

Had to bring back the Tacoma for a problem but Tom Caranci and Charlee took care of needs of the truck including a recall on third park light. The Tacoma drives and brakes smooth now and does not need Caranci and Charlee took care of needs of the truck including a recall on third park light. The Tacoma drives and brakes smooth now and does not need tape around third park light to seal it. I was kept informed of the progress and estimate for the pick up time. I did get s shuttle ride home, but the air fresheners were not helping. They did not sanitize the truck when done-my hands were black from the steering wheel so I had to spend a lot of time cleaning and sanitizing. More
