My experience did not start off as expected. When I walked in I was caught off guard by no one greeting me and I had to ask the receptionist to interrupt a group of salesmen to help me. He was with me every step of the way, answered all my questions when I found my new to me used car. He made the paperwork process seamless and I only had to go back to the dealership once to sign the paperwork. The finance guy was very personable and walked me through the warranty options thoroughly.
