This was my third visit for service on my 2020 tundra. It sure beats doing it my self. The Tundra continues to be a great road vehicle for road trips. Arrived 3 minutes late for our 8am recall maintenance appointment due to construction around the dealership. After talked to the young man who took down our info, the service manager walked past us with appointment due to construction around the dealership. After talked to the young man who took down our info, the service manager walked past us without saying anything & went to the back, the young man who received us came by & apologized twice before went back to look for the service manager, who returned about 10 minutes later without offering any reason for the delay. Rest of the service was efficient & on time. More

It was the worst experience for me. before the sale I was called everyday now everyone is gone. After a 164 point check how someone can not check Coolant and steering level.
