When I first bought my car, I had a service advisor that was awesome, I was updated with text and I was in and out in 30 min. Now, I have no idea who my service advisor is and the wait time was OVER and was awesome, I was updated with text and I was in and out in 30 min. Multiple employees told me my service appt would talk one hour, it took two. When I went to ask what was taking so long, my paperwork was sitting on the checkout counter- all finished, they said the lady who hour, it took two. When I went to ask what was taking so long, my paperwork was sitting on the checkout counter- all finished, they said the lady who was in charge of my service was on the phone. When they finally got ahold of her, she said she was stuck on the phone with Allstate? What does that have to do with my car? Was I waiting an extra hour because she was on the phone? When I got home, I looked over the paperwork, it said my cabin filter was in immediate need of replacement but no one ever told me or asked and so it wasn’t replaced. Now I have to go back and I don’t even want to. Not sure if I’ll come back for service Appts anymore, probably just go to a local car shop instead. More
I scheduled the appt for oil change via internet. I brought my car in and my car just sit there for an hour doing nothing when I asked for my car status and until Charlene involved.
