My appointment started off rough. Had to wait for someone to wait on me. I sat in my car for about 10 minutes. I think there was some confusion with who was supposed to be my service rep. I had De'Vante and he made the whole experience good. I have not had good luck with this service department in the past. It always seems unorganized. This experience was by far the best. More

Thanks to Covid !9 and very low Tacoma inventory we had to order my Army Green Taco because there were none to be found anywhere in the good old USA. Although we waited for 3 months for my truck to come of to order my Army Green Taco because there were none to be found anywhere in the good old USA. Although we waited for 3 months for my truck to come off the assembly line it only seemed like three weeks. Jeff stayed with us every steps of the way and gave me constant updates on what was going on. Jeff was very fair and honest with me and I do appreciate that.
