No one was there to take my car into service until a manager noticed I had not been waited on. I had quite a long wait for a oil change and filter. The car was very clean but no paper was put on my fl manager noticed I had not been waited on. I had quite a long wait for a oil change and filter. Jacob Brown was super nice and cared about my situation.
