They were honest and there was no pressure. When they didn't have the specific vehicle I wanted, they found it and brought it to their store for me without charge. They cheat and Lie just to get you into a vehicle. My son and I were leaving after they came back with s stupid interest rate because we could buy new or get a discount on another brand vehicle. So here come and I were leaving after they came back with s stupid interest rate because we could buy new or get a discount on another brand vehicle. So here comes the finance managers who says he will give us a lojack installed and the warranty if we get the vehicle. We finally agree and then the paperwork came in the mail and they charged us for the warrany which is disclosed on the form, however there is no disclosure of the lojack they carged us but on the phoen admistted that 'Nothing is free' including $495.00 they charged that is not itemized anywhere on my installment agreement. I have filed a complaint in Austin More
