Jeff was wonderful. He made every effort to answer our questions and went out of his way to satisfy our requests. For example, Jeanne often has trouble with head rests on cars. They often push her hea questions and went out of his way to satisfy our requests. For example, Jeanne often has trouble with head rests on cars. They often push her head forward in a very uncomfortable position because she is short, and they can't be adjusted to accommodate shorter people. Often the back seat headrests are straight and don't push a short person's head forward. He tried to exchanged the headrests until he found a model whose back headrest fit into the 2014 truck we were purchasing and one we could order. Very very helpful. More
