Car service was great, shuttle service was awful. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes, the shuttle driver said he was not the regular driver who he had relieved for lunch. After we left he had to get gas, and on the way to drop me off he got a call from a customer that had been missed who had been waiting for a ride for over 2 hours. The driver had done nothing to make people aware he was the shuttle driver. He only called 2 names, missed the third person. More
