Brought my 2020 Tacoma in for its scheduled maintenance. Everything went well except the vehicle was not washed and vacuumed as it had been the last time I came in for service. I was told that they changed the cabin air filter which was ok but when I got home I noticed that they had forgotten to replace the cover on the cabin air filter. The cover was still on the floorboard on the passenger side. No sweat, I was able to google how to change the filter and find out where the cover went but wish I had not had to find out. I did like the new TVs at the entrance to the shop that had my name on them so I knew you were expecting me. Sorry I cant remember who the service rep was - it might have been Haley More

I like the ease of the online appointment system. On my most recent trip the service rep was fantastic. She kept me informed and her information was accurate.
