Horrible customer service ! Had appt. for service to be done on my 2011 Tacoma and they had no parts in and could do nothing! This has happened twice for their service ! Once they scratched the face of my done on my 2011 Tacoma and they had no parts in and could do nothing! This has happened twice for their service ! Once they scratched the face of my new Touch screen stereo unit . And nothing was done ! I have paid cash for a car there for my son and service my truck there and spent good money .. but will not anymore ! Stay away from service dept! And don’t buy from them either ! More
