Nice staff. The shuttle service needs help. I had planned to use the shuttle for an estimated 3 hour service but I was in the waiting area for more than 1.5 hours with no shuttle available. There wa planned to use the shuttle for an estimated 3 hour service but I was in the waiting area for more than 1.5 hours with no shuttle available. There was another woman waiting who had gotten there 30 minutes before me. If it’s going to take hours for each trip then there needs to be more than one shuttle. Either that or just don’t offer one, because that’s not a reasonable alternative. More
