Took advantage of 19 year old daughter's lack of knowledge. Just wanted an oil change, and got the "recommended maintenance" sell and ended up spending $300. Santos actually tried to sell her $10 knowledge. Just wanted an oil change, and got the "recommended maintenance" sell and ended up spending $300. Santos actually tried to sell her $1000 worth of "recommended maintenance." He should have either called me or changed the oil and send home a list of recommendations. More
