When I first bought my car, I had a service advisor that was awesome, I was updated with text and I was in and out in 30 min. Now, I have no idea who my service advisor is and the wait time was OVER and was awesome, I was updated with text and I was in and out in 30 min. Now, I have no idea who my service advisor is and the wait time was OVER and HOUR and I got no texts or updates. I was there at 3:10, and 2 hours later I was leaving. The cashier kept apologizing for the wait and he was the only one wkg at the counter More
