I LOVE working with Freeman Toyota and I will never buy a Toyota anywhere else. I live 3 hours south but took the time to drive to Hurst because Tommy Chau was so great to work with. I have purchased several Trucks from this dealership. Wow have they changed. They use to be a straight shooting, no BS kind of place. NO MORE! After requesting information 3 times, and no response, I decided to give them a call. First time it just rang and no one ever picked up. Second time, I was transferred to someone named “Marcus” and his response was”I’m not sales”. I finally get hold of a Sales Manager named Matt Teimann. That’s when the sales pitch and games started. BS and more BS after that. His BS line was “ I talked to Dane, and he said.....blah blah blah..”. What a bunch of garbage! Typical salesman. It is very sad to see, what I thought was an honest dealership, turn into just another sleazy car dealership. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. There are to many honest dealerships out there to deal with places and people like this. More
