Listening to the customer should be an easy task. I took my vehicle for 25k service and asked if the radio could be reset since the “continue “ option once the car is started never comes up “blue” I took my vehicle for 25k service and asked if the radio could be reset since the “continue “ option once the car is started never comes up “blue” The tech told me it could not be done, as that how the design is and to keep the screen “clean” as that is why this option does not come up “blue” ?????? Last time I took the car for service instead the Alexa app was disable. I just wanted the regular 25k service and the radio reset. No action was taken since no one listened to the customers need. Easy and simple. More
