I was very happy with not only the salesman Kyle Chase, but with the entire dealership not wasting my time throughout the transaction period. This was my first visit for service on my 2022 Tundra. They estimated an hour & thirty minutes. In & gone in about 40 minutes! That was great! 5 star rating from me! I was told that the recall service would take approximately four hours. The car was dropped off at 10am per my appointment but the car was not ready until 5pm. Then the receiving the keys and pay approximately four hours. The car was dropped off at 10am per my appointment but the car was not ready until 5pm. Had to bring my truck in 3 times to get a recall fixed, because they messed it up the first 2 times. I thought the whole point of bringing your Toyota to the Toyota dealership, was to make sure things gone because they messed it up the first 2 times.
